Manhatan Luxurous Redesign

When a couple bought a cooperative in Manhattan’s Turtle Bay neighborhood, they came to us with a seemingly impossible request: redesign a poorly lit, claustrophobic space and transform it into a bright, spacious urban oasis. And they always wanted it on a budget! But, as always, our senior designers were ready to create an affordable, luxurious space. With a subtle, neutral color palette and bright metallic accents, we’ve minimized the clutter and maximized the elements present.

It was important that we procured on a strict budget, especially since we had to remodel the bathroom, remodel the kitchen, and add a second bedroom. Accents and accessories needed to be flexible enough to complement a luxury city apartment, so we took advantage of our designer discounts.

To get the most bang for your buck, we’ve sourced underground tiles and Carrara marble for the kitchen and bathroom. Even on a tight budget, we were able to create a calming and mature urban oasis in the city.
